The sorting activity for preschoolers «Food Groups» to teaches children to group objects according to a common features and improve their knowledge about the variety of food. The game task is to group foodstuff.

Print out the sorting game sheets and cut out the cards. Shuffle the cards with food pictures and ask your child to pick one. The child should name what is in the picture and decide which group the chosen card belongs to. There are 6 groups to sort: fruits, vegetables, milk food, baked goods, chocolate, and canned goods.
