This educational activity for children «Fire is a Friend and a Threat» will show by example that fire can be a friend and a helper, but can also lead to negative consequences if you use fire in the wrong way. During the lesson, tell your child about safety when interacting with fire and electric appliances.

Print out the material and then cut out red and green round cards with the flames on them. The cards show which effects fire can have: good or bad. Invite your preschooler to look at the pictures carefully and identify the good or bad effects of the fire in certain situations. Discuss with your child why fire can be harmful and how to use it correctly.
